good and bad emails

There are lots of difference between the good emails and the bad once.

 As seen from image, nobody can guess the purpose of email easily. 

Good email contains proper introduction, body and conclusion so that everyone read that email easily. Email also predicts the personality of the sender. email should be written in such a way that the reader should have no problem while reading that email and he/she easily understands the purpose of the email that why it has been sent.
