Always keep in mind to to use the simple wording and slang in messages or emails. If you use difficult words for the messages, and the recipient does not understand it, he/she is not going to go through the dictionary for understanding the words and to reply you.
Try to use proper slang.
Example:
Full stop:
The person who drives the plane is called Pilot.
Question mark:
When you are coming back from California?
Semicolon:
Joy is a good player; He practises for daily 5 hours.
Comma:
I like reading, listening to music, hanging out with friends etc.

i really agree with you that Always use simple and slang and keep in your mind. If you use difficult words for the messages,then we find the words from dictionary and its is the time wasting.
